There are many dog collar padlocks for sale on eBay. They don't however go for a high price. But this one did. Looking at what a nice example it is, I can understand why.
This padlock sold for $110.50 (Plus $1.50 Shipping).Lock is about 1" tall and 3/4" wide. The lock is brass and the key is steel. No markings on lock or key. This little lock is very well made and works great, the shackle springs open. No damage. - eBay (14 March 09)
