American Seal Lock Company PadLock

Here is a neat seal padlock which was left at a pawn shop.

American Seal Lock Company Antique Lock

This is a very rare and hard to find lock. The lock does come with the key and yes, it does work. It is a little rough, looks like it could use a good cleaning and/or oiling but the lock will lock and unlock. The face looks like it was covered in shalac at one point and it has worn off (please see pics). We do not believe this is suppossed to be here but it can be up to you if you want to clean it off or not. - eBay (6 Dec 2010)

This padlock had a high bid of $900 (Plus $19.99 Shipping).

Kakola Style Handcuff

I was not surprised to see this auction go from under $200 to well over $2,000 in the last seconds of this auction.

However, I had no clue what this set of cuffs was worth so my estimation was well off. At least the next time one comes up for auction I will have a guide.

Authentic Antique A. Rankin Handcuffs

Here is another set of Rankin handcuffs. Appears that it might have been repaired and maybe that is why there was a lack of interest.

Up for sale is a pair of authentic antique A. Rankin handcuffs.

These cuffs were patented in 1866. This is the "small size" version.

They have the patented "A. Rankin Phila" markings on them as well as a "Patent Dec 10th" marking.

The locks and springs of these cuffs are completely intact. When trying to pull apart in locked position one of the bows will come apart when locked. I believe that one side of these cuffs were repaired many many years ago on hinge, please look closely at the pictures.

These cuffs are in good shape.

They do come with the original key.

These would be an excellent addition to anyones collection. - eBay (31 Dec 2010)

This set of handcuffs had an opening bid of $800 (Plus $10.95 Shipping) but appears to have had no takers.

This is a cool collar. Actually, a very cool collar. It was listed at least once before for I think $1,750. The opening price was now dropped $500 but still appears to be too high.

here is an ORIGINAL -- HUGH -- NECK COLLAR --- that my father in law acquired in the 1960's ..... this EUROPEAN dungeon NECK COLLAR came out of an OLD OLD museum in HELSINKI, FINLAND that was closed down ........ the NECK COLLAR shackle is approx. 8 1/2 inches x 9 1/2 inches & has an INSIDE dia of approx. 6 inches x 5 3/4 inches...... the IRON band with is approx. 2 inches...... the old chain is approx. 4 foot 11 inches in lenght with a 4 3/4 inch SPIKE....... NOTE ::::: when used in a dungeon the SPIKE would be pounded into the wall & there the person would stay for ?? the rest of their life .............. ......... i do not know how old it is but probably dates to the 17th century............ - eBay (13 Jan 2011)

This collar had an opening bid of $1,275 (Plus $25 Shipping) but had no takers.
