Phelps Handcuffs

A very rare set of handcuffs.

Original 1866 vintage handcuffs with original key, they are in working condition. On the handcuffs it says "O. C. PHELPS PATENTED JULY 17, 1866" These handcuffs are in very good condition considering their age is over 140 years old. - eBay (17 April 09)
