I still do not have a set of these. Seems that if I want a set, I'll have to lay out some good money.
This padlock had a high bid of $535 (Plus $15 Shipping).Auction is for a set of original working Stotz Handcuffs from Germany, with key. The key is a reproduction, but works fine and is very similar to the original.
