VERY NICE OLD PADLOCK. IT IS LISTED AS A "COMMEMORATIVE" LOCK. HAS AN IGLOO AND SUNRISE ON THE FRONT, THE BACK IS PLAIN. THE OFFICIAL NAME LISTED IS THE "NORTH POLE" LOCK (ADMIRAL BYRD'S EXP.) A beautiful, solid brass warded - lever commemorative padlock made by Slaymaker. This lock commemorates Admiral Byrd's expedition to the North Pole. There are three locks in the commemorative series. The CQD, THE NORTH POLE and THE SKY KING (increasing order of difficulty to obtain). The lock is in excellent condition and works well with its operating key.
