Alligator Push Key Lock - "Hear It Snap"

A Neat design for the keyhole and nice design on the lock itself.

Both sides have picture of Alligator in oval, "Hear It Snap". Key looks right but I can't get it to optn. Bottom marked, "The Mechanical Mfg. Co. Cleveland O USA Pat Sept 6 1921 other pats pend. Note stress cracks on end. - eBay
