I really like the pattern added to the body of the lock.

Beautiful brass push key padlock with a decorated body, both sides. Push key to unlock, lock. Logo mark on latch reads R/E Co in a diamond shape. Also on latch is Pat. Apr. 11, '76. Jan. 14,'79. Tarnish areas on the body (can be polished off) but would leave alone, adds to the patina. Lock works. Have left unlocked due to the fact that the lock has frozen shut on a few occasions, needs to be oiled or sprayed with lock deicer. Nice addition to any lock collection. - eBay (10 June 09)
