This padlock had a high bid of $512 (Plus $12.65 Shipping).This well made restraining device is designed with a single restraining cuff and is known also as a "Come Along". This particular one is of Swiss origin, is spring loaded and remains in very nice working condition. Overall measuring 5 across by 4 1/8 inches in height. - eBay (18 May 09)
