Stainless Steel Hasp Collar - Restraints

This is a serious, rigid three hinge, 1 & 3/4 inch tall locking collar! The tightest slot is about 15 inches around and the slots are about 1/2 inches apart, so the range is up to about 15 and 3/4 inches in circumference.

Created by a world class restraint artist located in Australia. Those in the know may know his work. For everyone else just know that this guy really knows his art. This design is based on an antique pattern developed in the 1800's for wrist and ankle restraints. He expanded the idea for modern materials and laser cutting machines and came up with a prototype collar.

This is a truly one of a kind item. Depending on how this auction does it might be the only one ever made.
