Here is a nice example of a Lilly Iron. However it seems to have been priced too high.

Up form auction is this very nice clean LILLY Iron. The LILLY has a nice smooth brown patina with a nice amount of original finish. The LILLY's hinges open and closed very smoothly, as well as the locking screw/nut. The LILLY is in all original condition, has not been worked on or altered. There are no identifying markings that I have noticed on the LILLY. The key is not original, but is period correct and works well in the Lilly. This style handcuff was used to restrain the Lincoln conspirators and slave during the civil war era. This is a great opportunity for someone to add this desirable piece to their collection, and is in great condition! This Lilly Iron had a 'Buy-it-Now' price of $1,475 (Plus Free Shipping) but did not sell. It was listed earlier with a 'Buy-it-Now' price of $1,650 and $1,550 but did not sell at the higher prices either.
