This padlock had a high bid of $100 (Plus $5 Shipping).An unusual French seal padlock. The disk does not rotate but punches holes to void the seal. The lock is in excellent condition with the expected very minor dents and scratches from use. It is mechanically perfect. The lock is supplied with an operating key.
