ORIGINAL OLD --- rare --- darby neck collar complete with its original key.... key and collar are marked - 4 - .... this neck collar was in my father in laws restraint collection and IT HAS BEEN IN THE COLLECTION SINCE AT LEAST FAR BACK AS 1967 and maybe years before that ..... i know this as i seen it when i was dating my wife !!! -- INSIDE dia is approx. 4 7/8 inch x 5 1/4 inch....... in over 12 years, i have NEVER seen one on EBAY except mine & i am looking all the time -- I BELIEVE THAT THIS NECK COLLAR WAS MADE BY THE HIATT. (UNMARKED HIATT) COMPANY OF ENGLAND -- WHO MADE RESTRAINTS FOR WELL OVER 140 YEARS.... Seller is a rip-off artist. Not a Hiatt neck collar, East Indian piece of crap! Original price was outrageously expensive and he got mad that no one would buy it. Glad to see he is stuck with it!
