B.I.A. stands for BUREAU OF INDUSTRIAL ALCOHOL.Offered here is an old, but mint condition brass lock marked Slaymaker, Lanc. PA. It's in perfect working condition at 2 1/2" wide by 3 3/4" long by 3/4" deep. Markings include: U.S. B.I.A. The front "cap" slides easily to your left to access the key hole, and the key, marked 11607/just like the lock, fits perfectly and turns smoothly.
