The lock is in excellent condition with the expected very minor dents and scratches from use. It is mechanically perfect. The lock is supplied with an operating key. This brass and steel government lock takes a paper seal which is punctured with holes when the lock is opened. The lock is in excellent condition. The padlock is mechanically perfect and comes with an operating key. The lock is well marked both front and rear. It appears to be made by Ferret which is probably a French company.
