UNIQUE EARLY HAND-MADE IAN MCCOLL REPRODUCTION LILLY IRON
This is a very beautifully made and very early Ian McColl piece made about 1979 or 1980. The patina is actually from age. It comes complete with a very unusual key, which is articulated to be used by an escape artist. Works perfectly. Can't find or afford a real lilly iron, then this is the handcuff for you. Made VERY well, and not a production model, but rather every hinge bent by hand, made to perfection to the smallest detail. - eBay (24 Dec 2009)
Apparently this reproduction is still being made or at least still is available.
These Lilly Irons had a high bid of $227.50 (Plus $9 Shipping). Which is about what a currently-made set goes for.

First off, your site is very cool. Second, I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of where I could get a replica set of Lilly Irons like you mention here. A real set is ut of my price range, but a modern set is closer to my price range. I'd appreciate any help or advice you could give. I just can't seem to find a place that sells / makes them. Thanks.
